There are 2,475 exchanges acorss the country where BT does not feel an upgrade is commercially justified - one of which is Burley. These are part of the competition. Menston only gets lower speeds than Guiseley because of technical limitations associated with the distance between the house and the exchange. We also can't get channel 5 without a sat. dish. Nor can we have Freeview. Considering we are quite near the telephone exchange at Guiseley it seems very unfair that we get a lower speed despite paying the same price for BT Broadband!
